Under Australian Privacy Principal 11 we are required to:

take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information if it is no longer needed for any purpose for which the information may be used or disclosed under [the ‘Use and Disclosure’ principle]

For the purposes of creating a a profile to connect with the ATO, we may ask our users for identifying information such as name, email, and telephone numbers and a TFN. Our users have the ability to delete their online profile at any time, upon which time their user data will be deleted from our system.
